deltoro.codes (“we,” “our,” or “us”) builds and maintains websites for small businesses. This policy explains what information we collect through deltoro.codes, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Information you give us. When you call, text, email or book a call with us, we receive your name, contact details and anything you choose to share about your business.
- Usage data. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect this information.
- Billing information (clients only). Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card or bank account numbers.
How we use it
To respond to you, provide and bill for our services, schedule calls, and improve this website. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers we use to run the business: Google (Analytics, Calendar and email), Stripe (payments) and Render (website hosting). They process information on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms.
Cookies
Google Analytics sets cookies on your device. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google’s opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Your California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, you may request:
- Access to the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected
- Correction of inaccurate personal information
- Deletion of your personal information, subject to legal exceptions
- Information about how your data is used or shared
- To opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell it)
We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights. To make a request, email antonio@deltoro.codes with the subject line “California Privacy Rights.” We will verify your identity before fulfilling a request and respond as required by law.
Security and children
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. This site is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. The current version and its effective date are always at deltoro.codes/privacy.
